How do I know my order went through?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order is being processed.

When will my order arrive?

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Carriers can take a short time to scan a package after the label is created. If tracking remains unchanged or your package is past its estimated arrival, contact us with your order number.
